Bob Harbour is a shareholder of the firm of BeachFleischman PC. With more than 30 years of public accounting experience in California and Arizona, he has overseen the tax and financial accounting engagements of numerous public and privately held companies. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Harbour is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Since 2001, Bob has specialized in the real estate tax consulting area known as Cost Segregation. That work has produced significant tax savings for clients on projects located all over the United States.
